Please note: Most of the farms report that they follow biodynamic practice are not certified by the Demeter Association, the organization charged with certifying Biodynamic® operations within the United States. Indeed, there are very few Demeter-certified CSAs in North America. We urge you to visit any farm, whether Demeter-certified Biodynamic®, non-certified biodynamic, organic, or unspecified, before becoming a member so that you can judge for yourself whether their practices meet with your expectations.
