Michael Fields Agricultural Institute is a leader in farm and food education and sustainable agriculture for farmers since 1984. For over 25 years our roots in biodynamic and organic farming and our training and education include all aspects of sustainable agriculture. We draw on expert, innovative, successful farmers, and leaders in the University of Wisconsin and UW-Extension faculty for training. We offer classroom training with our top-notch faculty in the winter for Wisconsin and Illinois farmers. During the summer we have a biodynamic demonstration garden right outside our door, complete with greenhouses, perennials, hedgerows, beneficial insectaries, raised beds, and fruit trees. The produce is marketed through a Community Supported Agriculture model.
