MEDICINAL GARDEN GARDEN STEWARD

Job Description

At Churchtown Dairy we have two acres of land dedicated to the Medicinal Gardens. Visitors are invited to stroll the grounds while appreciating the beauty and energy of these healing plants. Once harvested, we use the plants to produce a variety of extracts and products including hydrosols, infused oils, teas, and culinary herbs. The Garden Steward will work side by side with the Head Medicinal Gardener, being involved in all aspects of planting, nurturing, and harvesting the gardens as well as the processing and distribution of medicinal products, and overseeing a small team of seasonal gardening assistants. The Garden Steward will be trained in all aspects of biodynamic gardening with the goal of eventually taking on the role of Head Medicinal Gardener for Churchtown Dairy.
