Manifest Love Farmer and Distribution Assistant

We are currently hiring for several positions on our farm crew at Round the Bend Farm -- a sustainability education non-profit located in South Dartmouth, MA -- including for the role of Manifest Love Farmer and Distribution Assistant

We are a highly diversified, holistically managed farm and education non-profit, blessed to be working on 115 acres in a beautiful coastal New England environment with a great team.

This role on our team is a full-time, year round position, with benefits and possibilities for on farm housing.

This position is focused specifically on assisting all aspects of growing and distribution for our Manifest Love project, a 140 family share, free, CSA-style food security program operated in partnership with 4 regional urban non-profits and going on its 5th year in service. The majority of this role will be directly reporting to and assisting the ML Farming Manager, in growing about 5-6 acres of annual vegetables -- with occasional overlapping work in our integrated agroforestry orchard -- and also assisting the lead Distribution Coordinator in both packing and delivering program shares.  

We're looking for a strong candidate fit that resonates with the ethics and scope of our work.
