By Jim Embry: During the Biodynamic Conference on Friday November 16, I will be presenting a workshop, George Washington Carver and the Biodynamic Movement. What I will attempt to do here is provide a “pay it forward” invitation for conference attendees to drink from Carver’s cup, which has been grossly neglected and misunderstood for so many years.

Thea Maria Carlson: Since I began working with the Biodynamic Association in 2011, one of my greatest joys has been co-organizing the North American Biodynamic Conference, an incredible gathering that has grown to more than 800 participants from across the Americas and around the world.

In honor of Christopher Mann's lifelong dedication to the work of Rudolf Steiner and the growth of the biodynamic movement, the BDA has established the Christopher Mann Biodynamic Scholarship Fund with a generous $25,000 lead gift from Stacy Peterson, CEO of ConnOils, LLC in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
