Membership Policy

We offer the Valerian, Nettle, Yarrow, and Dandelion memberships on an automatic billing, monthly or annual, basis. The Chamomile online membership is offered on an annual basis. All memberships start on the day of payment and are billed monthly or annually until canceled. See the FAQs below for information on how to change or cancel your membership.

White Oak lifetime memberships are a one-time contribution. All previous lifetime memberships are honored at the White Oak level.

All membership sales are final; refunds will not be issued except in the case of a billing error or technical malfunction. Membership benefits are delivered to all members whose status is New or Current at the time of benefit delivery.

How can I access my online benefits?

What happens if I have a failed payment on my recurring membership?

In most situations, our system will attempt to charge your card 2 times after the initial failure (once per day after the failure). Upon the third failed payment, your membership will be marked as lapsed. To renew and resume receiving your member benefits, please visit the membership page (link is external) and renew your membership with your updated card details. Alternatively, you may also update your payment details by clicking on the link in your original membership receipt. If you have any further questions, please email members@biodynamics.com.

Can I make a payment via check?

Please contact members@biodynamics.com for instructions about how to pay by check. Online membership payments are preferred where possible.

I'm not sure if I'm a member. How can I find out my membership status or update my information?

You can view your membership status on your user page. When you log into the website, you will automatically be directed to your page, or, if you are already logged in, you can find it by clicking on your name in the upper right. Here you can view your membership level, status, address, and website login. If you have further questions, please email members@biodynamics.com so we can help.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

You can change your membership level or cancel via this form. Your request will be sent to our membership coordinator, who will cancel your membership. If you have any questions, please contact members@biodynamics.com.
