Website Access
What do I need a website account for? Is it free?
Certain activities on our site require the creation of a free website account. This account is separate from membership, although if you are a member, it will also allow you to access online membership benefits (see below).
Among other things, a website account will allow you to:
- Post a job, internship, land opportunity, or other information or question in our forums
- Post an event on our calendar
- Apply for a scholarship
- Register for events
How do I set up an account?
- To create a website account, click on "Login" at the top of the website.
- On the Login page, click on the tab for "Create New Account".
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click “Request new password” at right end of the login bar.
What if I'm having trouble accessing my website account?

For Members — Accessing Your Online Member Benefits
Access to member benefits — like the online journal, partner offers and discounts, and discounts on event registration — requires a website account.
I just joined. How do I access online content and benefits?
Please log out of the website and then log back in so that it recognizes your new membership. You can "Log Out" by clicking the link in the brown bar at the top of the site.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click “Request new password” at right end of the login bar.
I'm currently a member but don't have a website account. How can I create one?
We need to have your email address in our records so that our website recognizes your membership once you create your website account.
- To create a website account, click on "Login" at the top of the website.
- On the Login page, click on the tab for "Create New Account".
- If you think you registered before but the website does not recognize you when you login, then please click on "Create new account" at the top of the website and register again.
- If the site still does not recognize your membership, please send an email to members@biodynamics.com with your name, the email address you used to register, and any additional pertinent information so we can better help you. The email address you send will be your primary record locator. We will update your information and email you a confirmation.
Once you are logged in, you can view all member-only content. Your access will continue as long as your membership is current. You may renew online by using the Join or Renew button on the top right of the website page.
I'm a spouse or partner of a member. Do I receive benefits as well?
You receive membership benefits as long as your spouse or partner’s membership is current. We need their membership record set up properly to do this. If you share an email address, then you would share their account and login information.
We would like to have both of your names on file. If you have separate email addresses, then we need your name and email address so we can link you to their membership. Separate membership records are useful if, for example, one or both of you would like to register for an event. Please email your request to members@biodynamics.com and give us your name and email address, plus your partner’s name and email address or phone number.
