This privacy policy sets out how the Biodynamic Association (“BDA”) uses and protects any information that you give the BDA when you use this website. The BDA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information by the BDA as explained in this policy, together with the Terms and Conditions of Use. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, along with the date those changes were made (see above), so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we can disclose it.

What we collect We may collect certain information about you, but only when that information is provided by you or is obtained by us with your authorization.

  • Register for an event, webinar, conversation salon, or online learning course

  • Post on a website forum, calendar, Directory, or webinar or online learning discussion board

If you are not logged in to the site, either as a BDA member or as a registered website user, our server will recognize you only as an anonymous user. In that case, our server will automatically log certain anonymous, non-personal information, which may include information about the type of browser you use, the server name and IP address, the date and time of access, the pages accessed while on the BDA website, and the internet address of the website, if any, from which you linked directly to the BDA site.   • to process memberships, donations, sponsorships, exhibits, employment applications, or event registrations
