We are looking for a full-time vegetable crop manager to join our team at Round the Bend Farm -- a sustainability education non-profit located in South Dartmouth, MA -- for the upcoming 2025 Season and beyond.
We are a highly diversified farm and non-profit, blessed to be working in a beautiful coastal environment with a great team.
This position will be focused on organizing and managing crops for our flagship food security program, "Manifest Love," a free CSA-style food share distribution project, convened with several regional non-profits, to serve nearby urban communities with low accessibility to local fresh foods. Started in 2020, our project currently reaches about 150 families weekly.
We're looking for a strong candidate fit that resonates with the ethics of our work.
