Payment is due in full within 7 days of registration. If you do not wish to pay by credit card when you register, please mail a check made out to Biodynamic Association to PO Box 557, East Troy, WI 53120, and include a copy of your registration confirmation. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. Your registration may be transferred to another person without a processing fee until November 6, 2020. Contact the Registrar with a transfer request (262-649-9212 ext. 2 or email@example.com).
Cancellation requests must be provided in written form, either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail by November 6, 2020. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive your written request. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will reply by email or phone with a written or verbal acknowledgment.
Registration fees are refundable, minus a $20 administrative fee, if a written request is received by November 6, 2020. Due to our financial obligations for this event, we are unable to offer any refund for any reason if emailed or postmarked after November 6, 2020. We will do our best to respond to refund requests in a timely manner; however, we reserve the right to issue any refund after the conference is completed.
